- Renovation skills: Capable of handling various non-technical tasks, including but not limited to, demolition, cleanup, basic carpentry, and assisting specialized trades.
- Owns a truck or has access to one: This is crucial for the transportation of materials, tools, and debris.
- Physical fitness: The role often requires lifting, carrying, and other physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable and punctual: Must adhere to schedules and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
